I think they’ve gone the way of the one Ford initiative, so it’s ST globally instead of ST/RS overseas and SVT here.

Ya according to wikipedia it looks like SVT and Team RS, which also did the euro ST cars merged into Ford Performance. I’m not sure I can think of any company that has changed the branding for their performance division more.

The new Explorer will be RWD/AWD to be a better Grand Cherokee competitor. The 7 seat Edge LWB will most likely full the void as the Explorer moves a bit farther upmarket
